Talauega Eleasalo Ale said an investigation showed the government paid $US200,000 to an account provided by Advance Solutions and that there was no hack job or erroneous wire transfer.

Talauega said if the company had not received the payment that was something it had to deal with.

The Director of Homeland Security Samana Semo Veavea said he assigned investigators to look into the incident and he was considering whether to request federal investigators.

But the attorney general said there was no need for another investigation.
