The Toronto Wolfpack have cut Tongan-born dual international Fuifui Moimoi from the club, just two weeks out from the start of the regular season.

The club has said that Moimoi, former Kangaroo David Taylor and former England international Ryan Bailey were no longer with the club.

Coach Paul Rowley told NRL.com that the three had all left the club with mutual consent.

Rowley said for legal reasons, he couldn't provide any more detail.

The Wolfpack are currently in Portugal on a pre-season camp.

Moimoi, who build up a cult following while playing 201 games for the Parramatta Eels in the NRL, helped Toronto gain promotion last year after two seasons plying his trade with the Leigh Centurions.

The colourful forward also played 12 times for New Zealand and eight for Tonga.
