PNG police move to improve discipline

The discipline process within the Papua New Guinea police force is to undergo a transformation.

There have long been issues with police discipline, attitudes and performance and a recent meeting of senior commanders in Kimbe agreed to tighten the management of staff.

The director of internal affairs in the Royal PNG Police Constabulary is Chief Superintendent, Robert Ali, and Don Wiseman asked what changes he intends making.
