Fewer Pacific people are migrating to New Zealand

A Fijian woman is desperately appealing to Immigration New Zealand after recent changes to policy will force her family to separate or move to Fiji.
Sangeeta Bali has permanent residency, her husband and son are both New Zealand citizens, but their Fiji-born daughter has been declined entry into the country because she has Cerebral Palsy.
