New Caledonia independence referendum, roll confirmed

An agreement has been reached in Paris on who will be allowed to vote in New Caledonia's independence referendum next year.

Pro- and anti-independence politicians were at the talks led by the French prime minister Edouard Philippe.

Walter Zweifel has been following the story and I asked him what the key points of the agreement are:
