Kathryn Ryan talks to Andrew Davenport, the creator of children's TV shows In The Night Garden and Teletubbies.
His shows are huge hits with pre-schoolers but he has been accused of dumbing down toddlers, teaching baby talk and of creating a gay children's character (Tinky Winky - the purple one who carries the purse).
