Mary Macpherson is a photographer/poet whose book Old New World is a photographic study of the changing face of small town New Zealand. It's an in-depth study that took seven years to create – she talks to Kathryn Ryan about her travels to small towns across New Zealand taking photos to tell the story of a shift in economic and social trends.
