Sean Plunket
Co-host of Morning Report
Sean has co-hosted Morning Report since September, 1996.
He returned to Radio New Zealand after holding a variety of positions in daily news media. They included stints on Fair Go, a number of years as TV3 political correspondent in the Press Gallery and time with the Holmes Show.
Sean has won a number of Qantas Media Awards for his work in both radio and television and in 2001 received the European Unions visiting journalist award which saw him travel to Europe to produce a series of documentaries on the anti globalisation movement.
His interests include fly fishing, golf, reading and politics.
