These are traditional 'links Courses" usually on sandy soil were the seaside links into farmland. There are 9 links Golf courses in New Zealand, including the world's Southern most course at the Southland Golf Club at Oreti Sands in Invercargill. Ron and Margaret played there yesterday. Today they teed off at Chisholm Park in Dunedin.
