A 5-year-old Palmerston North girl the police say was pulled into a car while walking to school this morning has been found safe and well. The police made the announcement about 1130. Palmerston North Police the man believed to have abducted Shekinah Relies-Skipper had dropped her off at an un-related address in the Palmerston North area.
