Walking the world's ice caps - Zac Lyon

From Afternoons, 2:08 pm on 11 August 2014

Three years ago, Hamilton twins Zac and Josh Lyon came up with a plan to walk across Antarctica. This despite having no mountaineering or ice climbing experience. Their plan has now grown somewhat, they now want to walk the world's four ice caps - in Greenland, Antarctica, Patagonia and the North Pole. Along the way they recruited world class rower Rob Hamill to help them, and in six days time, the 22-year-olds fly out to Greenland to begin the first leg of their ice cap mission.
