Neil Finn has decided he wants to use one of his biggest hits for humanitarian aid. And he says it's come about after he read a tweet about the lyrics to 'Don't Dream It's Over'. Right now Neil is near the end of a short tour around the country to coincide with his new album 'Dizzy Heights'.
