From Jesse Mulligan, 1–4pm, 1:22 pm on 3 July 2017

According to reports, one resident has even gone as far as to describe it as a "jolly nuisance".

So should the Council be paying to remove it?

George Wood, a Takapuna-Devonport board member and former mayor of North Shore City, talks about the concerns.
