Today is Phantom Billstickers National Poetry Day.

As well as events around the country, it's being celebrated through an online poetry collection called 20/20 to which 20 acclaimed NZ poets have contributed works.

You can hear Paula Green read out the winning poems from the inaugural Jesse Mulligan 1 - 4pm Flash Poem Contest here.

Listeners' entries had to contain no more than eight lines and include the words Tickle, Lost, Declare, Radio, Pony and Disgust.
