Colouring-in: Not just a fad

Grab your felt pens and paper, new research says colouring-in is therapeutic for adults as well as kids. 

The Otago University study looked at whether adult colouring books were worth the hype, and found that daily colouring-in could improve some mental health conditions, like anxiety and depressive symptoms. 

The co-author of the study Dr Celia Lie tells us more about the benefits of colouring.
