Women need to get at least an hour a day of moderate exercise if they hope to ward off the creep of extra kilos that come with aging. . Researchers at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Harvard Medical School in Boston tracked the activity and weight of more than 34,000 women over 13 years to come up with the findings.
