A little kindness from a stranger will make a big difference to a team of students from Victoria University who will be going to the United States to compete in the Solar Decathlon next year. The team is the only entry from the Southern Hemisphere ever to reach the finals. A former US Navy commissary officer will make the trip a lot easier. He's offering to let the team stay in his four story mansion during their time in Washington DC.
