It was never just an ordinary Saturday morning cartoon, Fred and Wilma broke ground new ground in the first animated prime-time show which. It's become a cultural touchstone. In New Zealand, Barney, Fred, Wilma, Pebbles, Bam Bam and Dino are featured in a google doodle today. The 166 episodes have lived on in re-runs.
