Demolition of Historic Christchurch Building

Just under three hours ago, another big aftershock jolted Christchurch, rattling already frayed nerves with a significant aftershock, 5.0 on the Richter scale. The aftershock comes just as demolition crews began to bring down the historic Manchester Court building in central Christchurch. The building just isn't safe.
