Shannon, on State Highway 57 on the back route between Levin and Palmerston North, is now a compulsory stop it would seem. It's booming, and a mum of five young children has had a lot to do with that. Suzie Johnson, or Suzie Q as she's known by locals, decided to invest in her small town. She now has four retails shops and is doing Stand up Comedy.
