Auckland Story for 27 April 2011 - Hulme Court

From Afternoons, 3:31 pm on 27 April 2011

Hulme Court sits proudly near the top of Parnell Rise. It was constructed in 1843 when Parnell was still a frontier of colonial Auckland. It is the second oldest surviving house and the oldest documented dwelling still situated on its original site in Auckland, and remains one of the best examples of Regency architecture in the country.
