Feature Interview - Judge Alex Kozinski

The Ninth Circuit court of appeals Chief Justice Alex Kozinski is no ordinary jurist. Law students enjoy pouring over his opinions, which are often full of wit and humor. Recently he had no trouble at all telling the Winklevoss twins who initially claimed that Mark Zuckerberg stole their idea for Facebook, that "at some point, litigation must come to an end". That point has now been reached.
