This Sunday, hundreds of women in places like Rotorua, Napier and Nelson will be honoring their mums with something other than toast and tea in bed. They'll be doing a 5km run to support the Heart Foundation's Go Red for Women campaign - heart disease is the number one killer of women in New Zealand. We talk to Averil West, organizer of the Mother's Day Run in Nelson.
