Val Scarr has ping ponged her way around the world thanks to a sport she first took up as a way to relax after a hard day's work on the family's hill country farm at Mount Bruce. She's a table tennis umpire who is always in demand to officiate at World Championships, the Commonweath Games and now she's off to London to umpire at the 2012 Olympics.
