Topics - Bail conditions for Megaupload founder Kim Dotcom were relaxed in Auckland District Court today. Social Development Minister Paula Bennett says there will be some quite dramatic changes at the Families Commission, now it only has only half as much money to work with. Treasury has acknowledged that smoking saves the Government money because smokers die earlier and pay more in tobacco tax than the cost of their health problems.
