Blue Penguins

The West Coast Blue Penguin Trust has been trying to attract more penguins to the area for breeding season, with the hope that they, and a neighbouring shearwater colony, could become a tourist destination. But they're worried now that the dogs could cause more damage unless they're brought under control.
