Old friends reunited from the Solomon Islands

Russell Priest taught the boys at the Melanesian Mission junior boys' secondary school on Ugi Island, off the coast of San Cristobel about cattle and farming... they taught him how to live simply and laugh heartily. Among his students was Edward Houi (Howie). They kept in touch for awhile, but then the letters stopped. 44 years later, a little blue airmail letter arrived in the post, and the two old friends were reunited again.
