The CALLS GO ON for the Prime Minister to dump John Banks as a minister after a police investigation cleared him of electoral finance offences but found he personally solicited large donations he later declared as anonymous. An Auckland law professor makes the perfectly valid point that an inquest is a very different thing from a murder trial - and a Coroner's determination cannot decide guilt on a criminal charge.
