Your Place - Baylys Beach

From Afternoons, 1:20 pm on 24 January 2013

Because it's Summer we're off to the beach, this one is 112 kilometres long. It's often rough with wild surf, typical of many of our west coast beaches. It's had its fair share of ship wrecks over the years too. But, from here you can witness sunsets that rival any in the world. Baylys Beach is 13 kilometres by road from Dargaville in the area often regarded as the Kumara Country of New Zealand.
