Soapbox Trolley champ

Thirteen-year-old Dylan Smith, a student at Orewa College, is the National Soap Box Trolley Champion and he is going to Ohio in July to take part in the World Championships. One-hundred-and-twenty teams from across the US and across the globe will be rolling in the tracks of great soap box trolley racers in an event that dates back to 1933.
