A year without the internet

For 365 days, Paul Miller disconnected himself from the internet. No Google, no Facebook, no emails. That's a big deal when you're a writer for the online news and culture website, The Verge. In fact he says, he became disconnected from family and friends, and his bad habit of spending too much time online was replaced with other vices.
