At Roselands farm in Waitomo, shearing is a serious business. But shearing at Roseland's requires a particularly delicate touch. That's because it isn't sheep they're shearing, but an altogether smaller, and more nimble type of livestock - rabbits, purebred german angora rabbits, to be precise.
