Tall ships race

The first ever international trans-Tasman tall ships race will be setting sail from Sydney to Opua in a couple of weeks. Eight magnificent ships from all over the world will make the journey under sail and get to New Zealand in time for the Tall Ships Festival in Auckland on Labour Weekend. On-board will be a woman who has a strong connection to the sea and the ship - swimming champion and author, Tessa Duder.
