Are you unsure what you should do when a friend puts news of a break-up or a bad day on Facebook? There's no "Dislike" button. But the company is looking into another way to expand the range of responses people can make to their friends' posts. A recent vote by Auckland councillors demonstrates an interesting facet of local governance now, that non-elected representatives can hold the balance of power in the council chambers. There's been a lot of media interest in Nellie Hunt who, with her children, spent last night sleeping in a tent in a public park. Is it OK to name wasps after hobbits?
