Journalist Fred Tulett retires

Fred Tulett's long career has taken him from The Truth in Auckland, to The Times and The News of the World in London, and back to what was then called The Dominion in Wellington. And for the past 15 years, he has been the Editor of the Southland Times. Fred has worked on some of the country's biggest news stories, and his paper has led campaigns which have greatly benefited the people of Southland.
