Van Man - Campbell Neil

Christchurch man Campbell Neil has opted to live in his van, as he says high rents and second-rate conditions of housing in the city has left him little choice. The 37-year-old gave up trying to get into the competitve housing market eighteen months ago, even though he's got a full-time job, and says he has received mixed reactions about his decision.
