For Heading Off today we speak to NZ Herald Deputy Business Editor about the new fares for flights with Air New Zealand.

Both the domestic and international tickets have had changes of late, domestic fares have gone up and there are changes to what passengers can expect depending on the type of fare they have purchased.

2:30 Bookmarks with Chelsea Jade 

It's all on for pop star and self described art school drop-out Chelsea Jade. Based in the U.S. she finished up touring with Yumi Zouma late last year.

She's been in New Zealand working on an original score for The Effect, an Auckland Theatre Company production from the writer of blockbuster TV show Succession.

Chelsea has created her first ever theatre composition for the show. She's with us to share some of her favourite things on Bookmarks.

The question is, how do you do that when screens are everywhere? Melanie Hempe confronted the issue of screen addiction with her own sons. She started Screen Strong  to help parents give their kids smartphone free childhoods.
