Creative New Zealand's board cut

Creative New Zealand's board is being cut in half and the $200,000 that saves is to go to arts practitioners. We hear from Art Collector Jim Barr, Arts Minister Chris Finlayson, and the Chair of Creative New Zealand Alistair Carruthers.
