Dried food producer looks for investment in rapid expansion

South Auckland-based Driedfresh has developed large scale dehydration technology over the past 15 years, designed to turn fruit and vegetables into high quality powders at a low cost. The founder, Richard Guy, says he is looking for investors who know-how to help the business expand.
