The internet entreprener Kim Dotcom and Orcon have launched a campaign to get rid of broadband data caps, and lower internet prices. Mr Dotcom says the real problem is the high prices being charged by the Southern Cross Cable, which is the only cable linking New Zealand to the rest of the world.
