Arthur Thomas's brother Des speaks

We've been unable to contact Arthur Thomas about the review. He's on holiday and his brother Des has also not been able to get in touch with him. But Des Thomas told me the findings about the planted evidence and Bruce Hutton are no surpise to him and change nothing.
