Claims Australia's refugee treatment 'crimes against humanity'

The International Criminal Court has been asked to investigate the Australian government's treatment of asylum seekers, for crimes against humanity. In a letter to the ICC, independent MP, Andrew Wilkie, says Australia is violating international law and that would-be refugees who arrive by boat and then get sent to to Papua New Guinea and Nauru are being kept in conditions that amount to torture.
