US kidnap victim reappears after 18 years

An American woman who was kidnapped as a child has turned after being kept hidden in a backyard for 18 years and having two children with her abductor. Jaycee Lee Dugard was 11 years old when she was last seen by her stepfather Carl Probyn being dragged into a car outside her home in South Lake Tahoe.
