Finance Minister confident NZ can compete with Australia

The Finance Minister has told the Australia-New Zealand leadership forum in Auckland he's more interested in beating Australia than co-operating with it. Bill English is confident New Zealand can successfully compete with Australia over the next decade or more, despite that country benefitting from its minerals boom.
