Judge reserves decision at Judicial Review of Crafar Farms

The sale of the Crafar farms to a Chinese conglomerate has been put on hold after a court hearing. A High Court Judge has reserved his decision on whether officials followed the correct procedures in okaying the sale of the 16 North Island dairy farms to the Shanghai Pengxin Group.
