A hui in Auckland today of Maori social service providers, has voted to collate evidence of what they say is discrimination by the Government; The Interim Chairman of the Iwi Education Authority's cultural arm, Te Kahui Reo Taketake, says part of his job is to ensure tribes have a role in kura-a-iwi; The Labour MP for Manurewa wants a ban throughout New Zealand, of liquor stores being within one kilometre of school boundaries; Maori and Taiwanese students will put on a combined cultural performance at the Auckland Museum on Sunday afternoon.
