Aquaculture farmers say a coastal commission is nonsense

The Mayor of Marlborough wants a coastal commission set up to plan for more aquaculture but farmers say it would just be bureaucratic nonsense. Alistair Sowman and his council are opposed to New Zealand King Salmon farms expanding into the Tory channel.
