An agreement to stop dumping treated wastewater in a Rotorua forest has the backing of a former Tuhourangi Trustee, who says it'll help limit the amount of pollution ending up in a famous penny-diving stream; Maori councillors in Bay of Plenty are to host a conference in Rotorua aimed at putting the idea of rangatiratanga into practise; The Taratahi Agricultural Training Centre says as more whenua is returned to iwi in treaty settlements, it makes sense to upskill rangatahi who'll eventually manage the farms on Maori land; A conference aimed at inspiring the next generation of Maori leaders has been held in Parliament today.
