Obama Tightens Gun Control

The US President Barack (b'rark) Obama is to widen background checks on buyers of firearms, in a series of measures to address gun violence. He'll announce the plans tomorrow, despite opposition from Congress to new gun laws. Our US correspondent Mary MacCarthy has the details.
