Turkey may allow US-led coalition to use its military bases

Turkey's changing its approach in a bid to combat Islamic State in Syria and Iraq. It's discussing the possibility of allowing more moderate Syrian rebels to be trained on its soil - a move welcomed by United States National Security Advisor Susan Rice.
